SHOOT, I MESSED UP!

If you have just placed an order and realized you made a mistake, please reach out to us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we might be able to make a change or cancel it.

Any statements on the product page itself will be the most accurate in terms of changes as some products may not be changeable once the order is placed.

Note: Drop-ship orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed with our manufacturer. Many items on our website are drop-shipped, so there is a chance that we won't be able to change the order after it's placed.

WHAT'S MY SIZE?

The "Moxi size" is a truly unisex fit. They are made on a women's last and labeled in men's lengths. When comparing to USA sizes, you can count on a medium B/C width and a men's length to find your size. For women's sizing, we suggest sizing 1-1.5 sizes down from your US women's shoe size to determine your Moxi size. We like to use Vans and Converse as a size guide for reference.

Skate sizing can be very different from shoe sizing and can vary from model to model so instead of following the size that you are in shoes, it's way more accurate to get your foot measurement and find your "mondo point" which is your foot measurement in millimeters or centimeters.

The best way to get the perfect size is by measuring both of your feet and referencing the chart of the specific model you are looking to purchase. We also have a graphic below each skate sizing chart that demonstrates how to measure and it's super helpful!

You can also download the measurement tool from our manufacturer to help you determine your size.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

In general, most orders will ship after 2-3 business days at the most. From there, shipping times vary widely depending on the method you chose at checkout and also whether you are located in the US or in a different country. In most cases we see domestic orders taking about 7-10 business days to arrive to you, and international orders taking up to 7-14 days.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped!

HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN?

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date you receive the item. All returns are subject to inspection and will not be accepted if worn or damaged. Please email us to begin the return process and if your order qualifies for return we will provide a free return label!

Due to their specialized manufacturing, some items are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Vegan Jacks
  • Every color of Jack except Jade and Black
  • Half sizes (only in lollys) and larger sizes (both jack and lollys)
  • Jade Lolly
  • Banana cream lining
  • Cork heel
  • No custom widths (D, E) - both Lolly and Jack

 

*** Size 1 Beach Bunny, Panther, or Jungle will be subject to a $25 restocking fee.

For returns we ask: 


  • Provide us your Moxiskates.com proof of purchase &/or order number 
  • The items are in brand new, mint condition, and returned in the same condition that they were received. 
  • The packaging is also expected to be in mint or new condition
  • They are made within 30 days of delivery 
  • Shipped back in a brown box or shipping bag, concealing the Moxi items.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Our exchange policy is very similar to our return policy. Please follow the same directions as you would for a return. Once the return is received and inspected by us, we will refund your purchase. You can get started with a NEW order for the products you do want in exchange.

We invoice you for shipping & any price difference charges for your new purchases. Once your invoice is paid, we can ship your exchange. Its a great opportunity to add any items you may have forgotten the first go-around!
